915 Hook Avenue, West Columbia SC 29169. Licensed for 63 beds. Some units remodeled in 2019. Apartment style living starting at $1,900 and Rainbow Row starting at $2,800 per month.
Offering on-site physician care, everyday dining plan (you can eat when you are hungry), compassionate care and a variety of activities. Their residents refer to Jenni-Lynn as home, as opposed to where they lived before.
Jenni Lynn offers 53 assisted living apartments. The one-level floor plan includes five apartment styles to choose from, including Palmetto A, Palmetto B, Capital, Jasmine, and the Jenni Lynn suite.
Short-term respite as well as long term stays are options. Home Health, Hospice, and rehabilitation services are welcome on an outpatient basis. Transportation to local medical appointments is available.

Rainbow Row independent living cottages:
One and two bedroom cottages, 1 BR $2400/mo and 2 BR $2800/mo, 2nd person additional $500/mo. Security deposit of $1000, pet fee of $500. (Pet weight limit of 40 lbs, must be maintained on a leash when outside, must not disturb other residents. Resident must be able to clean up after pet.)
Smoker's fee of $1000.
Continuum of care to assisted living if needed. Cottages include: washer/dryer, paid utilities, large closets, fully equipped kitchen, patio. One level, easy access garage, cable ready, ceramic tile, walk-in showers. Routine maintenance, weekly housekeeping, emergency call system, social activities, scheduled transportation.

- Tb/PPD test placed at least 48 hours prior to move in or within 30 days prior to admission
- power of attorney, if applicable
- living will, if applicable
- social security card
- insurance cards (Medicare, VA, etc.)
